• Important—Beginning Fall 2009, The late registration fee is $110; see Fee Payment.

• Important—Beginning Fall 2009, undergraduate students must pay fees by the registration fee payment deadline to avoid being dropped from classes. Students dropped for non-payment may re-enroll in classes after the Registration Freeze with no guarantee that courses previously enrolled will be available.

• Beginning December 1, 2009, Office of the University Registrar office hours will be 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Front counter and phone service will be available during these times only.

• Spring 2009 diplomas are available for students who did not request mailing. Come to 12 Mrak Hall to pick up your diploma!

Deadlines

• Dec 28; Winter 10. Registration Fee Payment Deadline; last day to:
  • Pay fees to avoid classes being dropped. Students with an unpaid balance will be dropped from classes
  • Petition for classification to California resident status
  • Apply for annual Registration Fee Deferred Payment Plan (RFDPP), fall only

• Dec 29-Dec 30: 11:59 a.m.; Winter 10. Registration Freeze

• Dec 30: noon; Winter 10. Schedule adjustment begins.

• Jan 4; Winter 10. Quarter Begins; last day to:
  • Students with holds are denied access to registration

• Jan 15; Winter 10. 10th day of instruction; last day to:
  • Make final late payment of registration fees with penalty. If fees are not paid, the student will be dropped from the quarter and disenrolled from their classes
  • Drop classes designated as 10 day drop courses without a PTD number
  • File petition to change from full-time to part-time status
  • File PELP petition
  • File for graduation

• Jan 20; Winter 10. 12th day of instruction; last day to:
  • Add courses without a PTA number
  • All wait lists will be cancelled after today

• Feb 1; Winter 10. 20th day of instruction; last day to:
  • Drop classes designated as 20 day drop courses without a PTD number
